My name is Jordan Grakauskas and I own and tattoo at American Revolution Tattoo Studio in Midland MI and I actually tattooed this on myself. It’s on the inside of my left calf. I came across the image and it spoke volumes to me about the pain and beauty of love. How the one thing we all search for; love, is also the one thing that hurts the most. A wise man once said “Love Kills”. So I call this one the kiss of death.

Yes, this is a re-submission. After this was finished pictures were taken at the studio. Due to the length of time (almost one year) it took for the picture to come out. I took my own and submitted one.
This is the official one and is the one I much prefer. It was done by guest artist Adam Machin at Ink And Dagger Tattoo in Decatur, GA October 2010

I’m a musician and a lover of music, so it made sense to tattoo a concert/backstage scene on my body.  I needed a band, so I went with the characters from Blink 182’s live album, the difference being that Tom is playing the first guitar I ever owned.  Tattoo was done by the amazing Jeff Wilson from Prince Edward Island, Canada.

I’ve always loved zombies. Before the masses accepted the non-threatening and commercialized zombie genera we have today, I was always prosecuted for my interest in the undead. There were other zombie fans out there who felt the same way in my area so three years ago I began the QC Zombie Pride Parade. Last year we had more than one thousand people come out dressed as zombies and together we ran through the streets showing our zombie pride. The ZP project is my greatest artistic accomplishment so to memorialize it I had a photograph I took from the event tattooed on my left forearm, forever showing my zombie pride!
